Titanic The Exhibition is accessible to disabled persons. Access information is provided below. We are continually working to improve access and are happy to receive views on ways we can improve it further.

Transportation service for the elderly or disabled and parking
The street address of the exhibition is Norrvallagatan 6, 931 31 Skellefteå, Sweden. Disabled parking is available at Eddahallen parking lot, about 40 meters from the main entrance.

There is a ramp at the entrance of the exhibition hall at Eddahallen. There are no stairs or other obstacles to pass.

Disabled toilets are available in connection to the exhibition hall.

Free admission on presentation of a card or similar to the ticket office proving that you work as a personal assistant or attendant. This only applies to persons in the service of and accompanying the assistance user. If there is no special proof of the need for assistance by more than one person, only one personal assistant/attendant will be admitted free.

For visitors with reduced mobility
There are no thresholds at the exhibition. Our environment and content are adapted throughout for guests in wheelchairs. This also applies to Eddahallen’s Café.

Is there sign language interpretation?
There are printed manuscripts with the same structure as the existing audio guide in Danish and Swedish.

For visitors with impaired sight
All the objects in the exhibition are well lit. The exhibition includes an audio guide that describes the objects and historic events in an inspiring way.

For visitors with allergies
The museum is non-smoking. Assistance dogs are welcome but no other furred animals. The restaurant offers vegetarian options.
